General Terms of Business

Payment:
All payment details are secure by encryption. All payments are processed by Paypal payment gateway system.

PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.

PayPal has received more than 20 awards for excellence from the internet industry and the business community -most recently the 2006 Webby Award for Best Financial Services Site and the 2006 Webby People's Voice Award for Best Financial Services Site.

Prices:
Prices are subject to a revision for errors and omissions and to alteration without notice. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of our pricing, we reserve the right to alter pricing.

Delivery Charges:
The delivery charges on the website is for the UK mainland only, we will email an invoice for the balance for delivery outside the UK which will be charged at cost.

Some Heavy, Oversized or Hazardous items (such as inflatable boats, flares, & etc...) and overseas orders will incur extra delivery charge. Please feel free to contact us for a quote and we will email you an invoice for delivery separately.

Goods will be dispatched once the goods and delivery fees are paid.

Returns:
Goods found to be unsuitable on receipt can be returned for credit, provided they are returned within 14 days of purchase and provided that proof of purchase can be supplied.

We regret no credit can be given if goods are not returned to us “As New”. Where goods are returned for exchange please ensure payment is made for any additional carriage charges to send the replacement to you.

Product specifications:
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of product specifications. We cannot however be held responsible for any change or error made with the site.

Damage or Loss in Transit:
Claims for damage will only be accepted if the carrier and ourselves are notified within 3 days of receiving the damaged goods. Packing materials from the damaged goods must be retained for examination by the carriers. If delivery involves signing for goods, please do not sign for them unless you are sure they are not damaged
